GLOSSARY OF LIOLOGY TERMS

Liology uses a cognitive framework fundamentally different from the dualistic framework that is the foundation of Western thought.  As such, some English words are used in liology with a meaning somewhat different from their normal usage.

Liology synthesizes ideas that arose in different traditions such as Taoism and Buddhism, along with modern concepts
from recent findings in neuroscience and systems thinking.  This leads to the use of key terms in liology that are not defined elsewhere in the same way.

This glossary is therefore intended to help you understand liology in a more complete and integrated way.
